Mutual customers will benefit from existing service assurance support being expanded to include Viakoo’s IoT vulnerability remediation solutions. If there are infrastructure issues within storage, the network, or the device that impact operations users are immediately notified via ticketing, along with root cause analysis and automated fix-it plan generation. This enhanced integration is now available to all Viakoo customers.
