Recent Changes to Accessing Viakoo Support and Knowledge Base

Viakoo uses an online support system that enables customers to file support tickets and to access our Knowledge Base to find answers and guidance on using Viakoo.

In accessing our support system we require password changes from time to time, and the system will prompt you to create a new password when needed. Here’s the key points to updating your login access:

  1. Login using your business/work email address. Viakoo does not allow using non-business email addresses (such as Gmail, Outlook, or similar).
  2. Set a high strength password
